Under YRP’s two foundational pillars of Our People and Our Community, the Plan outlines key objectives of the 2023 to 2025 Business Plan, including:

Inclusion and Belonging: To strengthen inclusion, belonging, and trust within the organization and community
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: To enhance services and processes to serve our community
