Accessibility
The York Regional Police Service Board is committed to providing accessible services to the residents of York Region. The Board provides annual updates to the Region on the actions taken to improve accessibility in accordance with the legislative requirements.
The Board has created accessibility policies that meet the legal requirements of the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and ensure people with disabilities can access the same services.
To improve our service, the Board will collect and respond to feedback on how it provides services to people with disabilities. Feedback from the public can be submitted in writing, by telephone, in person, in electronic format or through other methods that support you.
